Emptytree Seedy is a distributed digital music system. It is designed
to operate in a multi-host, automatic and batch manner to simplify the
encoding of an entire CD collection. Network operation is fault
tolerant. When a host goes offline any pending encode work will be
transferred to other hosts in the system. When a host comes online it
can dynamically join the system and start ripping and encoding as need
be. Operation can be controlled from any host.
Development focus is now on the listening side of things.
Before downloading, read the features and requirements in the documentation to see if emptytree seedy is
what you need.

As with most (all) open source projects, this project would not exist
without the prior work and release of other open things. Perl,

gcc... Icons from Gtk and Kde.
